For most effective results, take 4 capsules 2 hours before bed, on an empty stomach. Alternatively, you may take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. If your symptoms of stress are extreme, you may self-regulate and take 2 capsules every 4 hours. There has been no significant benefit in using more that 4 grams of MagTein per day—therefore it is advised to not exceed 8 capsules per day in divided doses spread throughout the day.
